This page is a basic overview of WebMIS
This system has been designed with theee key purposes in mind:
Field Rosters
Field rosters allow you to enter data about classroom programs, after-school programs, and similar events where you can identify individual participants. When entering data for the first time, click the add button to open a new form. Your name will appear as the instructor or program data manager. In the event that you are fulfilling both functions, your name will appear on both lines. There are three sections on the field roster formProject Information, Activity Information, and Student Informationfor different types of information. Each has information buttons for additional help. |
Federal Forms A-D
The system produces forms AD that are required by CBAE. They will be sent to you as a single Microsoft Excel workbook with four worksheetseach containing one of the forms that has been filled out for you by the computer using your program data. |
| ||||
Community Activities
The short community activities form is designed to record data about assemblies, health fairs, and other events where you can count attendance but dont know participants by name. |
Internal Project Management Reports
It is anticipated that custom reports will be available in a future version of WebMIS. |
If you enter your data carefully and completely, and update it at appropriate intervals, reports will be of great value to program managers and will also provide and automated output for required federal forms. such as CBAE and Title V reports section A,B,C and D.
